What a difference a day makes

My name is Elizabeth. I am a single woman living in Charlotte, NC. I own my own home, I love my country and my earth, and I am so excited about Renew America Together, this National Commitment to Service that our President-elect and Vice President-elect have called for! I have been wanting to be asked to give back to America.

This year, in the spirit of change, President-elect Obama has asked for help from each of us, and I will answer the call. For many reasons, not the least of which is having little spare money to donate, my time will be my gift of service. How so, you ask? By volunteering with ReCharge America and the Home Energy Savings Made Easy campaign – a joint effort of the alumni of Clean Tech for Obama (CT4O), and ecoAmerica, an environmental non-profit and sponsored by Wells Fargo.
